We will endeavour to dispatch your goods on the same day your order is placed if it is received before 7 am (Mon-Fri). If your order is received over a weekend it will be dispatched on Monday. We deliver only within the United Kingdom. International deliveries are not available at this time.

Our express delivery service for £3.99 offers your items to be sent on a 24hr courier for orders you need urgently. (Please note DPD do not deliver on Saturdays on most occasions)
ORDER TRACKING AND HISTORY
Tracking details for your order will be sent to the email address provided. They will also be uploaded against your purchase(s) and can be accessed via your account by visiting your order history on the site.
EXPRESS NEXT DAY DELIVERY INFORMATION
Need an item fast? No problem. We offer Express Next Day Delivery as an option on all of our products for a flat fee of £3.99.
When an order is placed before 7 am Mon-Thu, your order should be with you the following day. Orders placed on Friday before 7 am will be delivered on Monday.
Please be aware, however, that we cannot guarantee delivery dates as the delivery itself is performed by a third party courier. Whilst delivery failures can happen due to misrouting, it is very unlikely.
Currently, we only offer delivery to UK Mainland and some products may be banned from delivery with DPD such as professional chemicals - these will be allocated to the Yodel 24 service which permits the shipping of chemicals.
We will always aim to dispatch with the fastest courier when Express Shipping is paid for.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from The Bulb Garden we offer a full money back guarantee (excluding returns postage). Please notify us within 7 days of your delivery and upon receiving our goods back we will issue a full refund providing the item is unopened and "as new" once returned to us successfully.
GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Please inspect your goods upon receipt of delivery.
If they are damaged and require a signature by the courier please sign for them as damaged and contact us immediately.
Shortages or damages must be notified to us within 3 days of receipt of your order.
Upon receiving our goods back, we will either dispatch a replacement item or issue a full refund, whichever is your preference.
You may return any items which are damaged, faulty or unwanted.
Please notify us of your intention to return an item within 7 days of delivery and have the item returned to us no later than 14 days for a full refund.
Afterwards, please re-package the items safely and appropriately for transit and include a note stating the reason for return.
All items are returned at your own risk. In the event of a returned item being lost, we will require proof of postage.
Please keep any postage receipts or post via recorded delivery to avoid any problems.
